Get ready to feast your eyes on another beautiful couple in our lovely neighborhood wine country, Temecula. It was an overall very happy day at Wiens Family Cellars, except that I’ve never seen so many men cry in one place before! Andy and the father-of-the-bride were just a few who got a bit emotional over the whole ordeal, but who could blame them when the bride looked as amazing as she did! Shawna was an absolutely flawless beauty-of-a-bride, and with her bright, joyful personality, it was hard not to love her immediately. With a cute flowergirl and endearing family in the mix, this wedding was off to a fabulous start. Of course, sunny, clear skies never fails to make everything happier, too!

There was so much joy in the air as our newlyweds walked down the aisle, showered by a million silver streamers shooting across the pathway. After cleaning the decorations off themselves, we had less than 30-minutes to make all of their portraits happen before the sun disappeared. Though it’s not the most ideal timeline to avoid a First Look with a sunset ceremony, in the honor of tradition, we took on the challenge. So with our cameras in hand and just a few minutes to spare, we rushed into the fields and scraped up the last drops of sunlight before darkness swept over the land. Luckily, Shawna and Andy were in newlywed heaven, so it wasn’t too difficult to capture a good moment (smile).

Soon, it was time to let loose and enjoy the rest of their day together in celebration! Our friend Jerry Beck (a fabulous DJ who did our own wedding!) brought some great beats to get the party started, and we saw even the most teary-eyed folks having a blast on the dance floor. Love was in the air, and it wasn’t just between Shawna and Andy…this wedding truly brought the whole family together. Congratulations to the happy couple!
