This is a true boy meets girl story. Liz and Donny met while both of them were still undergrads at Haverford College. He was the captain of the baseball team; she was the cute girl sitting on the bleachers. When it came time to find a location for their engagement session, it was only fitting that we revisited the first chapter of their love story, right where it began.

We always encourage our couples to think about a few things and places that represent a part of who they are—there’s something that makes every pair unique. So Liz and Donny decided to bring along some baseball gear on this trip to their alma mater, and it was some of the funnest moments we’ve had on a photo shoot! We took a break right in the middle of everything for some playtime on the mound. It was just the captain and his personal cheerleader having a blast on the field all by themselves. Super cute! It’s these little details that help make a photo shoot so much more special and uniquely yours.
