When your only daughter happens to be your only child, her wedding day is a really big deal. The little girl that was once the princess in their eyes is now all grown up and ready to marry her prince charming, and everything needs to be picture perfect. So that’s exactly what Christine and Dan’s wedding was like—a real fairytale. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have a dress that makes you feel royal!

Something that most fairytales have in common is that they take place somewhere far, far away—somewhere magical, beautiful, and wonderful. But when you’re in the middle of Somerset, NJ, finding that fantastical dream-scape with a built-in castle was out of the question. But remembering all those romantic scenes in lush forests from our favorite childhood classics, trees were something that we had no problem finding in the middle of the Garden State. So we made a corner of the church parking lot and the local neighborhood park into the set of their love story. And somehow, we made magic fit for a princess.

For this dreamy wedding, there was no better place to celebrate their happily ever after than at The Palace at Somerset Park. Even the name was a royal fit! As the formalities came to a close, Dan prepared a surprise song that he serenaded his new bride with. It was beautiful, heartfelt, and absolutely charming—and the perfect way to kick off the festivities! Congratulations, you two!
