This was going to be the wedding of the year. We just knew it! As we drove away from the Las Vegas Strip to the beautiful area of Red Rock Canyon, we were filled with excitement to see a lot of faces we hadn’t seen in four years. We had met Dominique and Jamie four years ago at a wedding where they were maid of honor and best man at their best friend and brother’s wedding, and this weekend, their roles were reversed! This was not only a day of two families becoming one, but two best friends officially becoming sisters! Our bride and groom’s love story is surely one that will be passed down for many generations…and it all started when they met under the clock tower at Grand Central in New York City.
The Red Rock Country Club was a beautiful setting for this epic celebration, and even had its own clock tower on the golf course, similar to the one where they met for their first date! Dominique wore her mother’s wedding gown and her soon-to-be mother-in-law’s bracelet as she walked down the aisle to her groom, standing before the spectacular mountains of the Nevada desert, just as the golden hour began. This bride and groom just might be the most romantic people we’ve ever known! And knowing their families from past weddings, we knew for sure this was going to be a party that’ll be hard to forget. With an amazing live band, a most adorable dancing grandmother, and so much love in the room, they all celebrated through the night like one big family. And the best part was, they invited us into it. We are so grateful for the friendships we have gained through these weddings, and the friends we can now call family. This wedding is one that will be hard to top!
